PM error

I triend sending a PM to all members but the script malfunctioned and started repeating itself after user number 24. As a consequence, a number of users may have had several email notifications of PM's they received. However, I deleted the PM's so you will find none. I may try again later after I have checked where the script went wrong. Apologies for the inconvenience.
