There is a huge similarity between the three locales, I know. The 0locale are for use as Glossary, the 1locale for use as Dictionary, the 2 locale is for Default use (no choice made between the other two). If you can do all translations, I'd be very happy.

I have no idea on how to incorporate the use of Russian characters. :(
